Tenants are ok to use downstairs however the walls up to chest height are not lined and will not be lined, so suitable for storage only. Photos have been changed online to reflect its current state.
Upstairs there is an l-shaped living room, and kitchen had been updated. Off the living room is a private north facing deck in full sun most of the day. Further down the hall there is the main bathroom and beyond that, 2 bedrooms, both of which have built in robes.
Downstairs is accessed by the external staircase only and there is a lock up garage and as previously described suitable for storage only. Also downstairs is the laundry which has not been affected by floodwater.
