If requiring the extra 3rd bedroom (which is self contained and commonly as a "Resort Room") then with this apartment booked through our office it is available as an optional extra of $200 per week (this type of room is normally booked for close to this amount per night). This makes the 2br spacious apartment available at at a very reasonable rate, yet if your are needing the 3 bedroom option this is still extremely affordable.

There are also enormous sandy lagoon pools with the pool enjoying a sunny north aspect, gymnasium with many exercise machines and security parking (part of carpark has extra high clearance).

This property is being managed by an offsite Real Estate Agent and it is very important that guests understand that booking through our Office that we are not associated with the Mantra Group, and not a hotel or that we do not provide hotel services and guests do not have access to all of the same services as those as included in a room operated by the Mantra Group.
This includes check in (guest registration and payments) , which is made specifically through an Offsite Real Estate Agent this office and collection of keys, and reporting maintenance. Our office is open 9am-5pm Monday to Fri and 9am-1pm Saturdays. After hours key collection at our place of business can be arranged only if the booking is paid in full prior to arrival. Should a complaint/ issue arise after hours then the guest will have to call the offsite Real Estate Agency's office after hours phone service and be called back or wait until the next business day when we are next in the office. Check out arrangements as well are to be through the offsite Real Estate only.
It is also important for guests to understand that as we are an offsite Real Estate Agent we do not offer daily cleaning, tea and coffee condiments, soaps or shampoos, milk, beach towels or access to charge back arrangements at the restaurant and bar reception, direct dial telephones, onsite luggage storage, and dry cleaning nor will they will be able to contact on site management and onsite reception should they have a problem with their room. Please note that linen is only supplied in rooms specifically stated.
