David Preston - Principal and Licensee
David Preston is the sole Director and Licensee of for Kingscliff Sales and Rentals. After opening this office in 2001,the Office underwent a name change in in 2007 to Kingscliff Sales and Rentals after finding that no one in Australia had registered sales and rentals as a business name or website domain. David has nearly 20 years experience in real estate from project marketing and property sales, property and holiday mangement and auctions. David has also gained many years of experience working in big franchise offices of LJHooker, First National and Professionals however he feels that personal reputation is very important in this business and continues trading as an Independant Agency and not a franchised office. David is also on the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales Holiday and Short Term Letting Chapter where he is involved in introducing Best Practice Guidelines for Real Estate Agents.
He resides in Kingscliff with his wife Linda and his 3 boys, all under 5. Other interests include fishing offshore as well spending quality time with the family.

Lynsie Cronan - Property Manager
Lynsie Cronan has been directly involved in real estate property management for over 2 years in Kingscliff initially starting in reception before moving onto a more hands on Property Mangement role.
Lynsie made the transition to Property Management two years ago. She believes the keys to effective property management to be keeping open lines of communication, effective time management, and understanding.
Growing up in the local area, Lynsie has a vast knowledge of the area and has many local contacts in and around the Tweed Coast Region.

Lauren Irving - Office Manager
Lauren Irving is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent and is also our Office Manager for Kingscliff Sales and Rentals. Lauren has been with us for a few years now and attends to the day to day management of the office as she has a thorough knowledge of properties that we manage and also the requirements of our clients. Lauren typically attends to the organising and tracking of maintenance, all the processes involving leases and general day to day running of the office. Lauren is also on our front reception counter and is the first point of contact for clients coming to our office. Lian Clark - Holiday Bookings
Lian Clark has been with us since March 2010 and attends to the holiday booking section of the office. She also assists on the reception counter and helps with phone enquiries. She is presently studying her Certificate 3 in Property Services.
She has lived locally for the past 5 years.
Lian shows an interest in the day to day running of the office and is keen to learn all facets of the real estate industry.

Romana Preston - Sales
Romana Preston is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in our Office and has lived in the Tweed District for 40 years. Romana has been involved with the running of Kingscliff Sales and Rentals for many years now and has had a solid sales history around Kingscliff for the last few years.
Many locals know Romana from her previous position at Banora Point School where she spent 35 years in the office. In 2002 she received the Department of Education & Training (NSW) Award in the Non-Teaching Category for recognition of outstanding contribution to Public Education.
