4bedroom house on a large private elevated block of land with no immediate neighbours yet still relatively close to Kingscliff. Features quiet position, set well back off the road with distant ocean views. The living area in the house has fireplace with cathedral ceilings and slate tiled floors, rosewood timber kitchen,quality daikin air conditioners in most rooms.
There is a large oversized double garage (more like a triple) attached to the house with another room included in the garage for more storage or rumpus room and a separate shed approx 6mx3m (not lockable) but could be used for mower/ vehicle storage.
Approximately 12 km from central Kingscliff this property offers privacy yet still close to the beach. Some of the block is quite steep, however there are level areas as well. The property is not suitable for horses and definitely no trail bikes riding on the property please. The block to maintain is approx 800m2. Easy to do with a ride on however more work with just a push mower.
Driveway too is quite long (approximately 600 metres) and prior tenants have found that when organising removals ensure that a small truck is used as large removal trucks cannot use the driveway due to the tight turns and soft edges. If you have lots of furniture we suggest you are better getting 2 smaller trucks rather than one large truck
When we do arrange an inspection please be patient when attending. Usually we have everyone come to the property by the inspection time however we ask that no one leave the property till permitted (due to the long 600 metre driveway and it does not allow for 2 vehicles to pass)
